Your information.
Clear handling.
This notice covers numericspace’s demonstrations, planning tools, and pilot inquiry submissions. The execution controller remains a proposed product; an inquiry you choose to submit is a real stored record.
What this website does.
numericspace explains a proposed AI execution controller and provides a simulated demo, a value calculator, and a pilot planner. You can prepare and review a brief locally, or explicitly submit an inquiry for the site owner to review and follow up.
The demo’s workloads, costs, and evidence are synthetic. The website does not connect the execution demo to live model providers or private workers.
Demo and value calculator.
Simulation controls and calculator inputs are processed in your browser. A fresh page load resets the demo. No analytics or advertising scripts have been added to the application.
The calculator can carry your selected plan and numeric budget into the pilot planner. These starting values can appear in the navigation URL and are subject to the hosting behavior described below. Downloading a calculator report or simulated record creates a file for your device.
Preparing and reviewing a brief.
The planner uses your entries to prepare a local planning draft. Choosing Review my pilot brief, saving a browser draft, copying text, or downloading a local draft does not submit an inquiry.
Submission is a separate action. Review the information and full brief, agree to the consent statement, and choose Submit pilot inquiry if you want it sent to numericspace. Opening the review may establish a submission session without sending the form fields.
Please leave out passwords, access keys, credentials, and sensitive information that is unnecessary to explain the workflow.
What a submitted inquiry contains.
When you consent and submit, the website stores your name, company or team, email address, workflow description, policy-change scenario, success criteria, candidate endpoints, execution environment, selected plan, compute budget, and the full submitted pilot brief in its server database.
The record also includes an inquiry reference, submission and update times, and the consent notice version and server-recorded time. The owner can add an internal review status and notes. These notes are separate from the submitted brief.
This information is used to review and follow up on your inquiry. A successful on-page confirmation means the server accepted the submission. It does not mean the owner has read it, accepted a pilot, reserved capacity, or booked a meeting.
No automated email notification or confirmation-email integration is currently configured. Keep the on-page reference and confirmed brief if you need a record of what you submitted.
Who can review it, and for how long.
The application restricts its private inquiry inbox, review actions, and owner exports to the verified site owner, using an authenticated ChatGPT identity checked against the owner allowlist. The owner can review the submitted fields and full brief, update status and notes, and download or print records.
Inquiry content, the stored brief, and review notes remain in the application database until the owner deletes the inquiry. Deletion removes that content from the inquiry database. It cannot remove files already downloaded, printed copies, clipboard contents, or copies shared elsewhere.
Deleting a browser draft or resetting the planner does not delete an inquiry that has already been submitted. This website does not currently provide a public self-service control for changing or deleting a submitted record.
Minimal records for reliable submissions.
After an inquiry is deleted, a request-key-only record prevents a delayed retry from recreating it. The key expires after 30 days and is cleaned up on subsequent submissions. This record does not retain the submitted contact details, workflow text, brief, or review notes.
The application also uses hash-based rate-limit records to reduce repeated or abusive submissions. These expire within 24 hours and are cleaned up on subsequent submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in these application records. Hosting providers may separately process connection and operational information under their own terms.
Optional drafts on your device.
Choosing Save draft on this device stores one planning draft in this browser’s local storage, including your form values and the save time. Saving is explicit. The planner does not automatically save each change or automatically restore a saved draft.
Use the resume and delete controls to manage that local copy. Deleting the saved draft retains the values currently in the form. Resetting the planner returns it to its starting values and removes the saved browser draft. A confirmed server submission is a separate record.
A saved draft may remain available to another person using the same browser profile. Browser settings or storage restrictions may prevent saving or deletion; the planner reports when an action cannot be completed.
Files and copied text.
Downloads are saved according to your browser’s settings. Copy controls place the selected text on your clipboard when supported. Local drafts and confirmed submission documents are labeled separately so you can distinguish a planning document from a server-confirmed record.
Owner exports can contain submitted contact information, workflow details, and the full brief. Files, printed copies, and copied text remain under the control of the person who creates them. Resetting a form or deleting a database record cannot remove those existing copies.
Hosting and website access.
The hosting platform provides website delivery, authentication, and server operations. It may process requests and operational information under its own terms and settings. This notice describes the application’s behavior; it does not replace the hosting platform’s policies or imply that visiting a hosted page leaves no server records.
Choose what to keep and submit.
You can explore the synthetic demo, prepare a draft without submitting it, avoid local saving, delete a saved browser draft, and manage downloaded files on your device. Submission requires a separate consented action.
The verified owner manages submitted records in the private inbox. Keep your inquiry reference when discussing a correction or deletion with the owner. Sending an inquiry does not make a payment, create a subscription, or confirm a booking.
